Why one theme a month works
Watching a video is not the same as changing your business. So each month runs one theme through four stages: read it, hear it, practice it, then go live with it. By the last Saturday the idea is no longer new. You have already worked with it for three weeks.
Read, hear, practice
Week 1 kicks off a new book with one big idea for the month. Week 2 is the live online Saturday Summit with speakers who have built the thing you are building. Week 3 is a hands-on workshop, where you leave with work done, not notes.
Go live in your city
The last Saturday is the live event: three to four hours, small room, a different major city every month. You write a 90-day plan, set up AI tools, and get coached. See the full agenda and what you walk out with.
